Large crowds came to Bury Knowle Park for the 14th annual Headington Summer Funday!
Saturday 13th July, 2pm – 5pm in Bury Knowle Park
It was another great afternoon this year, with friends, family… and lots of new people! Everybody enjoyed the free tea & cakes, free BBQ, free bouncy castle and games– what a bonus that everything was free – that’s the whole idea behind the Summer FunDay.
The Penalty shoot-out, Raingutter Regatta and bouncy castles went down well, with bigger queues than ever for the ever-popular face painting. And the weather didn’t let us down – just the right amount of sun and warmth to ensure that there was no burning (except perhaps on the BBQ – oops!).
We hope you found it a great way to enjoy being part of the Headington community! And we’ll be back – look out for the Funday again in July 2020.
